1. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must accurately describe each card, including condition, grade, authenticity, and any flaws. Photos must be of the actual card being sold (no stock images).
2. Prohibited Items
- Counterfeit, reprinted, or unauthorized reproductions presented as authentic.
- Stolen goods or items obtained through fraud.
- Cards with altered grades, swapped slabs, or tampered authentication labels.
- Items that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or rights of publicity.
- Anything illegal to sell or ship in your jurisdiction or the buyer's jurisdiction.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Shill bidding, fake reviews, or manipulating prices.
- Harassing, threatening, or doxing other users.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attacking the platform.
- Circumventing fees or moving transactions off-platform to avoid protection.
- Using the Service to launder funds or evade taxes.
4. Enforcement
We may remove listings, suspend accounts, withhold payouts, or report users to authorities for violations of this policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
