Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, including descriptions, condition, pricing, and shipping. Cardaxa provides tools to assist with scanning and listing, but does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You must review and confirm details before publishing.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Cardaxa is not responsible for payment processor fees, disputes, or chargebacks beyond what is required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: posting fraudulent listings, infringing intellectual property, attempting to access other users' data, or using automated tools to scrape the platform.
The Service integrates with third parties such as eBay and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cardaxa does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated valuations are accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardaxa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
